Zenaida
This Sandy Hill beach villa is a private and secluded villa, sitting on three acres with lush tropical gardens and overlooks Sandy Hill beach - a deserted half mile of the island's famed powdered white sand beach.



Zenaida is a wonderful villa setting for your next holiday. The six full size bedrooms will give your group or family everything they are looking for in a holiday escape. A sixth garden bedroom is private and romantic. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

To top all this off Zenaida has a fabulous swimming pool and the only Har-tru private tennis court at a rental villa in Anguilla. This is a spectacular villa located in a prime location. It will be perfect for a family or large group.

The villa is comprised of three buildings. Two bedrooms, sitting room and small kitchen are in the first. These bedrooms have walkouts to the pool area. A third grand master suite with sitting room, ensuite and balcony are expected later this year. The second building is comprised of three bedrooms, a sitting room and kitchen and a wonderful private garden.


Just completed is building three which is comprised of a great room with spectacular views and filled with beautiful Indonesian artifacts and furnishings, a wonderful dining outdoor, but protected dining room and a full, large and modern kitchen. As well there is an office with hi speed internet, computer and fax machine. There is a day bed in the office as well.

This villa can be rented with 3, 4 or 7 bedrooms depending on your needs.
