Twin Palms Villa

Specatcular Villa with five bedrooms, two pools. This villa is comprised of two buildings side by side in Anguilla's trendy west end. We are so excited to be able to offer you this wonderful property with a long long list of amenities.

Located in the west end, just 100 yards to Meads' Bay..... beautiful Twin Palms Villa. This property is made up of two buildings with a connecting pathway and both overlooking Meads Bay near Carimar.
Now you can enjoy a private rental villa within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and world-renowned spa at Malliouhana Hotel and Spa.

Each building has full living area with tv, stereo and dvd players. The dining areas will seat six comfortably and there are full deluxe kitchens in each building.

The kitchens are beautifully designed and perfect for preparing a perfect meal. There is a lovely outdoor area for dining if your party is large. There are walkouts from the living room and dining area to the pool area and spectacular views of the landscaped gardens.

The bedrooms are absolutely lovely and all have air conditioning and ensuites. A number of them walk out to the garden area and the master is in its own private pavilion with rooftop deck and walk out to the pool area.

Two free form pools complete this perfect villa with lots of lounging for all.

With its close proximity to Carimar Resort, the owners have made special arrangements for the use of the tennis courts at the resort. You just need to visit the resort office and sign up for a play time. As well, there is a right of way near the office for access to the beach. Less than a couple of minutes will find you on the beach and enjoying the sun, surf and sand.

Policies

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for holiday bookings). Your deposit is refundable if notice is given more than 30 days prior to arrival.
