Policies

All prices quoted are nightly rates in U.S. dollars and fully inclusive of government tax and service charge. All prices are based on two people sharing each bedroom. A 50% deposit is required within one week of booking to confirm the reservation. Full and final payment including all taxes & service must be received sixty days prior to arrival date. Deposits are refundable in full (less 10% administration fee) if written notice of cancellation is received by the Management Company in writing at least sixty days prior to the guests scheduled date of arrival. All Holiday Season (21 December - 4 January) bookings are completely non-refundable. The Management Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
