The Pool House with its lounge and bar areas allows for a variety of social functions throughout the day & evening. Large shade umbrellas, comfortable sun loungers and occasional tables surround the heated pool and deck areas and make for a relaxing day in the sun. At night lanterns and scented candles contribute to the romantic ambience under a starry night. A heated whirlpool Jacuzzi offers the perfect treat for the senses day or night. A wet bar and service counter, private powder room and shower facilities complete the experience.
The Retreat: Ultimacy’s stunning master lounge is located on the top floor. With its breathtaking views of the sea, classically Caribbean décor, multiple seating options and large flat screen TV’s - its luxury and warmth remind many of being on board a majestic cruise ship.
The Dining Room: Ultimacy’s elegantly appointed, air conditioned formal dining room has seating for up to eight persons. The comfortable room is perfect for formal or casual celebrations. Outdoor terraces: Each floor of Ultimacy Villa Retreat features wide outdoor terraces that offer sweeping views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean meeting the sugar white sands of Anguilla’s beaches. A marvelous outdoor lounge and dining area – The Terrace - is located on the top floor with dining for 16 and an intimate lounge area where guests can enjoy the easterly trade winds. REGULAR POLICY
Government Tax, and service charge are included in the rates posted for this villa. Many other sites do not include these.
Holiday Season December 19 – January 5 requires a minimum number of 10 nights booking
A non refundable deposit of 50 % is required within one week of booking to confirm the reservation, and the full balance including taxes and service charge must be received 60 days prior to arrival.
The Management reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures
